Forgot to add that once I get it connected with Wifi, I'm able to disable the wifi on the laptop and remain connected until I close/reopen KDE Connect SMS again. This does not reproduce for me. Please provide more information about your network topology. My network has both the Ethernet and the wifi on the same subnet. Based mostly on guess of your description, it sounds like your ethernet network and wifi network are different subnets. This will break KDE Connect's UDP discovery. Does the app work if you manually add the Ethernet-connected device IP address in Android? ๐๐งน โ ๏ธ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
