SUMMARY
After the update that replaces the kf5 icons with kf6, Dolphin's icon turned black. So did every other instance of the "system-file-manager" icon, and every variant of the "folder" icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update.
2. Broken.

OBSERVED RESULT
Black icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Good old blue icon.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have tried a number of things that have **not** helped:
- Toggling the icon setting in system settings.
- Toggling the theme setting in system settings.
- Delete ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache
- Delete ~/.cache/ksycoca5*
- Delete ~/.cache/plasma_theme*
- Delete ~/.cache/plasma-svgelements
- Delete /usr/share/icons/breeze/icon-theme.cache
