I assume "Morphing popup" is an animation when you navigate from one tool-tip to it's neighbor. I've forget to write the hardware: Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics, Radeon RX6600M On open-source drivers, Mesa I think you may be referring to the visual issue described in Bug 488929.
