Thanks for your report. From the screenshot, it looks like the audio codec used in the file is not recognized. Could you post a screenshot of the Clip Properties panel for this clip (Showing audio / video info). Also which transcoding profile did you use in the Transcode dialog (a screenshot of it might also help).

Best would be if you can share a short video sample of the clip that you cannot transcode
