SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch kdenlive 24.05.2 on MacOS Monterey 12.7.6
2. Error message "The file or folder does not exist" appears before the application can be launched
3. Click OK to acknowledge error message and program launches normally.

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message "The file or folder does not exist" appears before the application can be launched

EXPECTED RESULT
No error message.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: Monterey 12.7.6
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)

Hi,

I’ve just downloaded the new version (24.08.0) and exactly the same thing is happening - I get an error message saying “The file or folder does not exist”.

The error message disappears when “Reset Configuration” in the Help Menu is clicked.
