Correction: I meant to write: "which tells me this happening by default without special rules is probably a bug" I apologize for the confusion. Under window behavior -> advanced in system settings, is "window placement" perhaps set to "maximized"? It is. Is that meant to be the default? I assume that confirms packaging quirk or error. But is this "maximize" also meant to apply to the KDE desktop notifications? Should I leave the ticket open for that, or close it right away? My apologies for what seems to have been largely an invalid report from me. I'll close this for now, assuming this is largely invalid. Sorry again. The default is "centered".
