SUMMARY
Would be good to combine SDDM and screen-lock wallpapers into a single setting. I believe that the average user would expect that when changing either screen-lock wallpaper or SDDM (login screen) wallpaper the other would also be changed.

I believe this is not the same issue as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367666, because I'm not requesting to change the desktop wallpaper also. I'm only requesting to combine screen-lock and SDDM wallpaper into a single option.

The fact that there are so many combinations here is one of the reasons why we don't have this setting. Ultimately what Bug 367666 envisions is a prompt to apply the wallpaper to other things too at the moment you apply it, which could be used to handle that complexity.
