I am also encountering this issue. It goes away when two-factor authentication is turned off. It returns when it's turned back on. Even using app passwords with 2FA on results in an inability to mount the share. Turning off 2FA fixes it. My Nextcloud started mounting again, though its not via Online accounts. I do see it on the mount options. Not sure if that was the same thing?
It had issues at the time when it won't even mount with my app passwords, and it was off and on.
