SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use program which draws its own cursor (any game basically)
2. go into menu of game where it draws its own cursor
3. shake mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
you now have 2 cursors
- the one from the game
- and the one from plasma
position off the plasma cursor is off

EXPECTED RESULT
only show the game cursor

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 Kinoite
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wayland, Cyberpunk 2077 running in Xwayland, Steam RPM

Making the custom cursor bigger is obviously not possible

So I think the plasma cursor should just not be shown when the window draws its own cursor.
The position is off anyway and its now useful anyway in this case
