"Replace this thing with that other thing" is generally not an actionable bug report, sorry. Please do feel free to open new bug reports about specific actionable bugs or design issues with the widget. Thank you for adjusting the feedback. The inconsistent appearancce, and especially the sudden change in appearance of the Timer widget should indeed be a bug. I however, have listed other suggestions.
