Does anything show up there if you restart plasmashell with `systemctl restart --user plasma-plasmashell.service` (or `plasmashell --replace`, if you've manually disabled the systemd integration)? Yes, restarting plasmashell has the devices show up just lioke they should. Ok, so it's a race condition somehow. Does this always happen?
