STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open video record
2. find can not get the right to save video
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
can not record the drawing process and also can not transfer mp4 in android

The recorder bug should be fixed in the Krita Plus version:

Rendering animation into MP4 is not available on Android right now, because we have issues with running ffmpeg on Android.
