SUMMARY
I cannot move certain pinned applications to the left by more than one in the icons-only task manager. Attempting to do so will place it furthest to the right

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Pin a application
2.  Move the application to the left one time
3.  Move the application to the left again

OBSERVED RESULT
The application gets pushed back to the furthest right of the icons-only task manager

EXPECTED RESULT
The application should be placed further in the left in a position where I wanted the application to be in the icons-only task manager

I managed to get it placed after having additional windows of unpinned applications open but now attempting move another application that is furthest to the right can allow me to place it where I want but attempting to move another application will move the previously moved application furthest to the right again
