STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect two monitors to your system. 2. Open the "Brightness and Color" Widget 3. Adjust the Display Brightness OBSERVED RESULT Brightness only adjusts on the secondary monitor EXPECTED RESULT Brightness adjusts on both monitors SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.8.8-300.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor Memory: 31,3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6800 Product Name: B550 Extreme4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Monitors: 2x AOC AGON AG241QG4 Connection: Display Port 1.2 This bug seems to be related to #470107 and #481927, i have decided to open a new bug report as the behavior is different to the observed one in these bug reports since only the secondary monitor reacts to the brightness adjustment.
