Both are FHD with 100% scale.

Created attachment 168925 [details] Whole setup, arrows show selected area and partialy visible toolbars 1. Having a dual monitor setup: one in portrait, second in landscape. 2. Trying to make a screenshot of the taskbar on the main (left) monitor. 3. Only part of the "Save as" and "Annotation" toolbars are visible. Other parts are of the screen and no way to see/interact with them.
