SUMMARY

My panel (which shows the running applications) is normally in the bottom. However, sometimes, seemingly randomly, it goes to top and I cannot move it back down with anything obvious. It covers the top of every windows, too.

"plasmashell --replace" fixes it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (randomly)
1. Minimise all windows
2. Scroll on the background to get to another virtual desktop

OBSERVED RESULT

Plasma panel goes to top

EXPECTED RESULT

Panel stays wherever it was at that time.
