I've noticed that certain folder icons in Breeze don't respect the accent color.

Icons I've noticed in include folder-design, folder-drawing, folder-chart, folder-presentation, and folder-notes

Another strange thing is, the correct accent-colored icon will appear in the properties dialog, just not Dolphin.

The correct icons also appear in the XDG portal, it's just a Dolphin issue as far I've observed.
