Created attachment 167926 [details] Small plasmoid for see the issue SUMMARY On "plasmoidviewer" the size set with "Layout.preferred*" differ from desktop shell. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Download the attachment 2. Run it in desktop shell (the script "real-test.sh" install it and restart the shell) 3. Run it in "plasmoidviewer" (the script "test.sh" launch it) 4. see the difference on right side OBSERVED RESULT On "plasmoidviewer" the root item is slightly smaller then the representation.
