Just as a data point, I am not able to replicate this bug with a laptop that has an AMD GPU. Wayland session. - Added the System Monitor Sensor widget to the desktop - Added All GPUs Usage, GPU 1 Power, GPU 1 Name, GPU 1 Temp - Opened Firefox, Discover, Dolphin - Removed the widget and opened them again I saw no difference in loading times whether the widget was present or not. Can you check again in Plasma 6.3 or later and see if this is still happening? If so, it would also be great to learn if it's happening to you only on X11, only on Wayland, or both.
