Example of Badly Squashed Newly Opnened Window

SUMMARY
***
Despite available screen real estates, some windows appear squashed with scrollbars added.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean install of KDE
2. Right click Wi-Fi Antenna and chose "Configure Network Connections"

OBSERVED RESULT
The window is unnecessarily sqashed and cut off; scrollbars are added (see screenshot) while there is plenty of screen real estate left (and nothing else opened).

EXPECTED RESULT
Adjust appearing windows not to be unnecessarily squashed and cut off in the middle of the (settings) window, especially where there is a plenty of screen real estate.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

This is not a general issue, if there are issues with specific apps it needs to be reported to those apps.
