Normal titlebar

SUMMARY
I have two monitors, one scaled to 100%, the other scaled to 120%. 

Sometimes, when moving windows between the two, kwin title bar text and decorations appear blurry, distorted and corrupted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two screens, enable fractional scaling 
2. Open a window on one screen
3. Drag it to another

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes the window title bar is pixelated and distorted. See the attached screenshot for an example.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window title bar should render clearly on both screens

This looks identical to this error from a few years ago, just not as much distortion: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=438401

In the attached screenshots, note the pixelation of the window title text (no three 0's are the same) and buttons compared to the non-distorted screenshot

Same here, on a laptop with 1440p internal display at 125% and 1080p external display at 100%.

On the internal display everything looks fine, but if I disable scaling, titlebar becomes distorted too. On the external display at 100% looks distorted, 125% looks fine.
