This is possible, however it only works while using the "Browse" tool i.e. when your mouse cursor is a grabby hand. I agree that this is confusing. I wonder if this should be marked as a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=443882 because the core issue that users are unable to edit annotations with the wrong tool are the same. Maybe no matter the tool, right-clicking an annotation should have an "Edit…" action that opens a popup with all the necessary fields to change the annotation in any way. This has started to work fine since KDE 6 |
