STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have selected a layer something: drawing or text on it 
2.  I select a layer and press Ctrl+T
3.  start drawing

OBSERVED RESULT 
I can't do anything at all.


EXPECTED RESULT
I draw my arts.
