Confirmed in Neon 6.0.2 / Wayland / Intel graphics. You need to put the panel on the right, and then select height -> custom. then hover over the handle for adjusting the height to see the tooltip (or a little bit of it!). Hoping a dev can take a look at this. Thanks, Nick
