Created attachment 167294 [details] vid When dragging an icon on the bottom panel, another icon in the path of movement is automatically captured. Simply put, I carry one icon, and it catches another on the way. This happens most often if you move the mouse quickly. The attached video shows that I move the Dolphin icon and at some point the OBS starts moving instead of this icon.
