SUMMARY
I encountered an odd issue on Dolphin since upgrading to KF6 (Frameworks 6.0.0, Dolphin 24.02.0). If the Dolphin window is maximized, the properties dialog for a folder (but NOT a file) is maximized by default.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Dolphin window and maximize it.
2. Right-click a folder, click Properties.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Properties dialog is maximized.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Properties dialog should not be maximized.

Interestingly, if a file is selected instead of a folder, the Properties dialog is *not* maximized.
