Could you set your wallpapers to the default Plasma 6 wallpaper and attach a new screenshot, so I can more clearly see the displacement? it's difficult to identify the extent of the issue when looking at wallpapers that are mostly a plain black background. Based on the screenshot, it looks to me like the problem is with your panel, not the wallpaper: it looks like it's floating in the middle of a screen! I guess that's not actually what's happening, right? Can you also attached a phone photo of the whole setup that shows all three omnitors and the wallpapers?
