SUMMARY

Right-click on the desktop -> Configure Desktop and Wallpaper -> Mouse Actions -> Remove the Right Click to open Context Menu action

With the context menu gone, it's no longer possible to open the Plasma Desktop Applet to re-add this rule. At least I have not found any option.

The user has to modify `~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc` first.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed / Fedora 39
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0

Is it really too easy? That's four steps, and the thing is really quite buried.

...And yet, it still happens. :) So yeah, We should put up a big honkin' warning.
