Description Dashon 2024-03-07 09:29:25 UTC
SUMMARY
If I do alt + enter or right click on a file and select properties, the resulting window is not maximized. However, if I repeat the same action with a folder, the resulting window is maximized for some reason. If I unmaximize the main dolphin window and then repeat this action once more. The child window is also unmaximized as it should be, so it would seem to me that specifically when it comes to folders. The child window inherits the properties of the main window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open and maximize dolphin.
2. Right click a folder in dolphin.
3. Select properties.

OBSERVED RESULT
Properties window is maximized.

EXPECTED RESULT
That window should not be maximized by default barring user intervention.
