Looking at your issue it doesn't look the same. I've also been having the same issue as in the bug report above with space engineers. Moving my mouse at all causes the camera to spin around wildly. I havent tried any other steam games / non native games yet but I'm pretty sure they'll have the same issues. issue is most likely with proton not properly supporting some of the changes made in plasma 6 or vice versa.
