Is this on X11? I don't recall seeing that OSD on Wayland, even when I use my convertible in a way that disables the touchpad and keyboard. (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > Is this on X11? I don't recall seeing that OSD on Wayland, even when I use > my convertible in a way that disables the touchpad and keyboard. yep, is on wayland and also what happens when folding the screen might change a bit on different hardware (perhaps on yours it stops accepting touchpad events hardware-side but doesn't tell the system it has being disabled?) Have been having this issue today a few times. When it does happen, I go back into tablet mode and then back to desktop the touchpad responds normally for around 5 seconds and then gets disabled again, best way to fix seems to be a restart. I'm using an Asus Zenbook Flip (UP3404V), going into tablet mode by flipping the keyboard behind the display. Using KDE 6.1.4 on Wayland, latest KDE Neon User Edition |
