Picture indicating problem

SUMMARY
***
I have created Chrome application and pinned its icon next to Chrome browser icon on Icons only Task manager. Funny thing is that, when starting application or browser, those two icons combine and mix very unexpectedly. I have attached picture, which explains states and numbered states. Left is my Chrome application icon, right is default Chrome browser icon.

1. Normal state after system start.
2. I started Chrome application. Application icon doubled at browser location. In this moment browser can not be started. When application is closed, icons are restored as shown on picture 1.
3. This is state after invoking print screen. This state is expected. (This happens only when invoking print screen. I don't know why)
4. This is where I Closed application and first started browser and after that application. + above browser icon indicates that two instances of Chrome are started (which is wrong).
5. After invoking print screen, application icon mysteriously disappears.
6. Expected when both browser and application are running.

This behavior is observed on wayland session. As I remember it worked without problems under x11.
I have reported same problem for latte dock here, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467750 and have stopped using Latte because of the problem.
