BTW, same goes for VLC, but because I cannot install Neon i can't install form different source and determine whether it is VLC packaging problem or KDE.

Please send step-by-step manual how to do that. I'm pretty new to Linux...

run konsole

double click on the (calamares ) install icon on the desktop.

run journalctl -b -r in konsole and scroll through the system messages looking for kwin_wayland info

report results here.  the comment above this links a good screenshot showing an error in the virtualbox driver and kwin_wayland struggling after that
