SUMMARY
The right-click context-menu action to adjust process priority from the process tree view (as available in ksysguard) appears to be missing from plasma-systemmonitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change process priority with plasma-systemmonitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Functionality appears to be completely absent.

EXPECTED RESULT
New application has feature-parity with that which it is intended to replace.
