What's the use case? What does this do? (In reply to Arjen Hiemstra from comment #1) > What does this do? Exactly what it sounds like, allows adding a panel with a live tail of a log file to a sensor sheet. > What's the use case? For one, adding a "why" to the "what" displayed by a CPU utilisation chart or the like. e.g. Here's a periodic spike in system load, there's the cron job that's causing it, all on the same sheet. I'm sure I could think of some more, but frankly I'm a bit confused at the apparent need to justify removing existing functionality, or what is to be gained in deprecating perfectly functional software in favour of something with an obviously inferior feature set.
