SUMMARY
Not possible to move/resize/close certain windows under X11 - such as dolphin, system settings, etc


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to move/resize/close windows under x11


OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
to be able to resize/move/close the certain window

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.245.0
Qt Version: 6.6.0

Are you using the Plastik window decoration theme, or a 3rd-party window decoration theme? If so, it sounds like Bug 476653.

I am using the Sweet theme, it was installed during Plasma 5, with Plasma 6 I cannot install themes correctly at all(not sure if Arch repo bug or Plasma 6 alpha) - it also doesn't list the installed themes.
