It looks like your attachment is a text file containing the filename of the video, not the video itself. Can you attach the video? I suspect this is already fixed for the upcoming Spectacle 24.02, though. No the video is too large to attach it. I followed the recommendation from Bugzilla to add the text of the external URL hosting the video as an attachment.
