Please answer the following questions: 1. If you hover over them, so their tooltips say the same thing? 2. If you click on each of them, do their popups show the same thing? 3. Did you manually add any "Media Player" widgets to your Panel? 4. Does one of them disappear when YouTube Music (Which I assume is an app?) isn't running? In general, switching distros is a drastic course of action that will mask the actual cause of an issue and make it impossible to fix. And that's what happened here; I couldn't reproduce it, and now you can't reproduce it anymore either, so unfortunate there is no chance of the underlying cause of the bug being fixed.
