Can reproduce on Plasma 6 as well. |
Created attachment 162515 [details] Screen recording SUMMARY I have noticed that resizing is not possible once the cursor hits the top edge of the panel located on the top and then is moved over the panel. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Panel on top 2. Resize an application 3. Move the cursor to the top edge of the panel 4. Move it anywhere on the panel Please see the screen recording. OBSERVED RESULT The resizing stops. EXPECTED RESULT Resizing always works.
