Its not just these colors, If I sleect a another color it gives me different color wheel. If this is just a setting thing, I would like an explaination how to reset it back.

*** Bug 473902 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Your colour wheel looks very much like the document is set to XYZ colour model instead of RGB. The status bar in the Krita window states the colour model. Does it say XYZ on there? When you create a new document, in the "Create new document" dialog, look for the field that says "Model" and change it back to "RGB/Alpha", this should fix your issue.
