It would be very nice to have 
a facility to switch quikely between languages ($HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE) in konqueror i.e. in the extra-toolbar.

Sorry Stephan but 22514 is veryyyyyyyy old and has status NEW?
The last in tread is 2001-03 and your declare from 2003-10.
This request is 1 and half year later as that tread. Many versions later.
Realy my prefered for the interface is also English even if I speak/write it not so very well. 

I working at home in the netherlands for a german company at tenerife and his site in germany is for german clients and were $HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE not is 'de' no pages but a dummy english page. 

It's a bit stupid if I can switch languages so easy (a lack in windows, you have to install the whole OS) this can't be set for the browser, The so called bad IE does this very well and changing without installing the browser or the OS. 

If I have to wait for 3.2.1 it will be but please I beleave and know I'm not the only one wishing this can be done.
