STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download latest build from Pipeline KMyMoney_Nightly_win64 (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Nightly_win64/)
2. Install that build onto a Windows 11 PC
3. When the install finishes, launch KMyMoney.
4. The splash screen appears for a second or two then the program stops loading.
5. There's no trace of the program running in the Task Manager

OBSERVED RESULT
Application fails to launch

EXPECTED RESULT
Application should launch
