STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open an image
2.  Right click the image
3.  Open with-> (have 3 or more ) -> choose one of the applications

OBSERVED RESULT
The application directly above the selection opens instead. If the first application in the menu is chosen then a duplicate instance of Gwenview opens instead

EXPECTED RESULT
The selected application opens.

Open With from Dolphin or from Desktop doesn't have this bug

Oh no, this is almost certainly a result of the fix for Bug 462088.
