In this case some emojis are missing and the last one is outline only. Expected behavior for these two is:
"Guess The Vegetable by Emoji 🥕🍆🍅 (Emoji Quiz)"
and "😈WORLDS LEAST WHOLESOME STREAMER😈mwuah😘"

So, do you recommend reporting this to the Arch Linux bug tracker? No, because from the Arch perspective, it's not a bug, it's a setup issue. Since you're using Arch, setting the system up properly is your responsibility. And that's what they'll tell you if you report a bug for them. :) |
