This tracks applets that currently de-sync when there are multiple instances because they don't share global data with a singleton. See the "Depends on" list.

I would also add this to the list as that would fix the issue described, as mentioned in the bug report itself: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460771
