Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! The bug is a forceful exist when an archive is open or generated on Krita. This being the done as the only operation that is causing this problem. And this is persistent for all openings of archives from the computer or a new one to use the program. And it only happens when the option of open is press. It forces the program to close, that would be the main problem of the bug. Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. Thanks for the reply. Could you try to: * disable canvas acceleration in Krita's settings before opening or creating an image? * try to start Krita using a different user account? Created attachment 158731 [details] attachment-1510924-0.html Sorry for the late reply, the changes do not affect the issue and it remains the same. Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. On my macs (an old intel and an m1) I cannot reproduce this, of course, so it must be something local. My old intel mac runs an even older version of macos, 10.14. * Could you also test the latest nightly build? * If you did test with a different user, it's unlikely to make a difference, but could you try resetting Krita's settings? See https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration We also need the stacktrace of the crash, I think you can find it in the Console > Crash Reports tab. Created attachment 158983 [details] attachment-2320953-0.html Thanks, I'll check it out. Created attachment 158984 [details] attachment-2321725-0.html The resetting of the programs was ineffective. And maybe it is a problem with version 10.15.07 El sáb, 6 may 2023 a la(s) 02:55, Halla Rempt (bugzilla_noreply@kde.org) escribió: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=468023 > > Halla Rempt <halla@valdyas.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Status|REPORTED |NEEDSINFO > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > > --- Comment #8 from Halla Rempt <halla@valdyas.org> --- > On my macs (an old intel and an m1) I cannot reproduce this, of course, > so it > must be something local.
