SUMMARY
On 5.27 series, playing with task manager for a bit make plasma panel to stop updating.
Need to change sizes to make it responsive again


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just go through open tasks

OBSERVED RESULT
Shell freezes

EXPECTED RESULT
Shell works properly and newly open apps are shown on task manager
