X11 or Wayland? If it's X11, does it work on Wayland? X11. Wayland doesn't work on my setup for whatever reason. Does this issue happen when none of the screens are being mirrored to other screens? Yes, it still happens. Can reproduce on Wayland with a unified/mirrored mixed-DPI/scale multimonitor arrangement. This seems to work now, at least on X11. Nate, can you confirm it works on Wayland, too? Yep, fixed for me on Wayland too! |
Created attachment 156639 [details] Screenshot of the issue SUMMARY I have a multi-monitor setup: the laptop's screen is replicated by an external monitor (both 1920x1080), above which is another monitor (2560x1440). When I log out/restart/shutdown, the screen is not correctly placed and ends up having two screens stacked on top of each other, with one visibly smaller. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use a multi-monitor setup with a vertical arrangement of screens 2. Try to log out/reboot/shutdown OBSERVED RESULT The log out screens from all the monitors appear stacked on just one. EXPECTED RESULT A log out screen is shown on each individual monitor.
