SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings' menu button and enable "Highlight Changed Settings"
2. Go into Flatpak KCM
3. Press a checkbox
4. Change a combo box
5. Add a new filesystem path

OBSERVED RESULT
None of these are highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
Checkbox should be orange (see Desktop Effects KCM),
combobox should be orange (see Screen Edges KCM),
The new filesystem path should have an orange outline
