double separator line vs. other kde apps

SUMMARY
Using the default color scheme breeze light, the upper (horizontal) border of the dolphin view area is doubled up by the tool area separator line. This is not consistent to other KDE apps (e.g. systemsettings, see attached screenshot). From my personal point of view, this looks a bit cluttered.

Is there a possibility to solve this, e.g. to have only one separator line?
Or to remove the 1px distance between tool area separator line and the upper view area border to make it less obvious?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use default theme breeze light
2. Open Dolphin
3. -

OBSERVED RESULT
Upper / horizontal border of the view area is doubled up by the tool area separator line (see attached screenshot).

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be only one line, like in most Kirigami apps (see attached screenshot).

No, we need visual separation between areas of the app that serve different functions so that content in scrollable views doesn't get randomly cut off in unpredictable places as you scroll.

Just now I noticed how they dealt with this in gnome files. It looks like an elegant solution. The seperator line comes and goes!
All the best wishes!

We do that in a few places as well, but we prefer to make the boundaries of scrollable areas visible by default, rather than hidden until scrollable.
